A Tempo Cajon
A Tempo Percussion is a Peruvian company dedicated to the design and construction of percussion musical instruments and hand crafted cajon drums.
In 1997, Alexis Castañeda, Peruvian economist, luthier and musician, began manufacturing Peruvian Cajons, with the consult of the legendary cajon player Eusebio Sirio "Pititi", one of the great players of the Peruvian Cajon. Thus, A Tempo Percussion was born.
Since then, they have been perfecting the Peruvian Cajon, looking for a ways to make it easier to play, both for professionals and for those who are just starting out on this instrument.
