X8 Deluxe Pro Gig Bag, Hard Top for 10 Inch Drums

I spent many hours on-line looking at and comparing specifications for a protective bag that would accommodate my new Djembe that measures 25" high, 14.5" on the outside of the head including ring and ring rope and 9.75" foot diameter. The X8 Deluxe Pro Gig Bag, Hard Top is a superbly made bag that is going to protect my drum for a long time. It is everything the product description says it is and best of all it fits my drum perfectly. If you need a bag that isn't too heavy or too light, but just right, then don't hesitate to buy this one. Highly recommended.

This bag was a nice surprise. I had hoped to get a competitor's bag which didn't fit my 14" drum, but the X8 bag is one tough gem. They put some thought into the design, and it really shows. Solid rubberized bottom, velour (wow) interior lining, mondo-tough front & top zippers, and very firm lid. Also a single carrying handle along with the shoulder straps....these are all things I wasn't able to see in the photos, which don't do it justice. I've had my share of soft cases, but this one will likely outlast the drum itself.

This is a fine bag: hard top, soft-lined interior, vertical and circumferential zippers for easy loading, huge exterior pocket, heavy-duty handle and comfortable shoulder straps, hard top and rubberized bottom - can't think of a thing I'd add to it. If you're going to invest in a quality instrument, you've got to budget a little extra to protect it. This is the best soft bag available!

This is my 2nd bag from your Company! I bought 1st Bag about 2 or 3 years ago. I wore it out but it protected my drum even during a flight to TX. It took me a while to find X8 for the 1st selection and no time @ all for the 2nd purchase. I received it on time and just in time. It fits my drum perfect. It is a higher quality bag than 1st purchase, then again 1st bag was generic, this bag has the X8 logo. Thank You. Small issue, it was not clear how to size the bag to my drum.
