Overall drum head size needs to be less than 13". Height of drum needs to be 24" or less.

Very nice, well put together, except the design is mismatched. But otherwise great!
It came in a huge box and when I cut it open it looked to be empty, but the backpack was tightly rolled up in a plastic bag in the corner. Probably could have been shipped in a small plastic bag instead. It looked too small when I opened it, but I was able to get it to fit, but it's a tight fit. The backpack does not offer much padding either. It is a cool design and I do like the look. Since I'm just getting into drumming, I'm not buying a very fancy drum, but if I do get a nicer drum, I will likely want a backpack that offers more protection. I'd give it 3.5 stars, but I rounded up since half stars are not an option.
Sturdy material and absolutely gorgeous. It also fits my djembe.
